The traffic signs in Kloosterstraat, Bonheiden have been adjusted back to the original traffic situation. From house number 45 up to the intersection with Korte Dreef, one-way traffic is now in effect. This section of the street can only be entered via Korte Dreef.
During the past period, a different traffic arrangement was temporarily in place. Road users are asked to follow the existing traffic signage and be considerate of other road users to prevent misunderstandings and dangerous situations.
Residents of Hogenopstal and Kloosterstraat will retain access. They are considered local traffic and can drive via Dijleweg and Sint-Maartensberg to the roundabout.
The municipality requests all road users to be extra attentive in the coming period and to respect the adjusted signage.
